I bought my car from Ferrybank motors today, I was ver anxious about starting the process of getting a new car but from the minute I stepped through the doors I was made feel comfortable. The woman on reception was lovely, very friendly, and pointed me in the right direction which is where I was introduced to Lar. Lars humour made me feel comfortable and any question I had was answered without hesitation, he responded very quickly by phone calls and helped me pick out a car most suitable to what I was looking for. Overall, I could not fault the overall team, all of them had smiles on there faces and were happy to help in any way they could. Thanks for you above and beyond help Lar, very much appreciated.
