No hard sell or up sell, just reliable knowledge, which customers I think, really appreciate. Above all Ross is transparent, clear and honest and treats his customers with respect and appreciation. The ‘pre-loved’ Benz that I purchased from Windsor motors, though 5 years old, is in beautiful and impeccable condition - as good as new and super value.
