From the moment we walked into the showroom Jake took fantastic care of us- we were a bit overwhelmed as hadn’t bought a new car in about 13 years. Jake guided us through options and didn’t make me feel clueless as I asked all my many silly questions. Seamless process with the finance via Ray also. Excellent communication via phone and email all the way through and we collected our new car yesterday and Jake again told us the days he was working next week in case we had any questions or concerns.

My car battery had lost charge and the rescue mechanic advised I needed a new battery. I went to Denis Mahony, Kilbarrack and asked if they could do the replacement ASAP. The job was done in 40 minutes with zero fuss. Complementary coffee was offered and the staff were very helpful and efficient. I bought my car there and have it serviced there. The standard of service is always excellent.

I appreciated the following staff who helped us sort the problem with our car: Darren, the roadside support who never left us and assisted us in arranging a tow truck service and scheduling it to Denis Mahony Kilbarrack Service Center. To Ian, the Tow Truck Service Staff who have been so kind and gently in handling our car all the way to the Service center. To Aidan and Jack, the Denis Mahony Kilbarrack staff/technicians who gave their very best to fix the issue with our car, gave important advice on how we can manage certain issues/problems with our car.
