We had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Cassidy while purchasing our Toyota C-HR last week, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. On the day we collected the car, it had been fully serviced, was spotless, and the NCT had been sorted for us as well, which we really appreciated. Service department gives excellent service. Had to reschedule my appointment and it was no problem. When they service your car you will get a call if any additional work needs to be done and they will tell you the price. They clean the car when it is having a service so it looks lovely and clean when you get it back. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish! I left my car at 9am for an oil service and was told it would be ready by 2pm, but they called me at 11am to say it was already done, very efficient. The best surprise was when I picked up the keys: I actually struggled to find my car in the parking lot because it had been completely cleaned inside and out. I genuinely didn’t recognize it at first because it looked so spotless! Great experience overall, highly recommend!
