called yest to enq re buying a car and have to say i left deflated at the attitude of the person i spoke with, frankly he couldnt care less, was condescending and had O interest in me or my cash. Do yourself a favour and take ur hard earned cash elsewhere

"Terrible customer service. A staff member in the parts department deliberately put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I redialed, he acted like he couldn’t hear me—twice. The third time, I asked if he was unwilling to help, and suddenly, he could hear just fine—only to hang up on me. A bad employee can damage a company’s reputation. Hope you improve your service. All the best!"

The parts team guy that you get connected to is useless and won’t even speak to you . He is patronising- puts you on hold immediately on picking up and acts like he can’t hear you when you speak. When I called him out about this repeated behaviour, he hanged up immediately. Please leave your job if you have no interest in helping customers. My request to the manager of this establishment is to look into it as it is highly unprofessional behaviour and not expected from a main Toyota dealer.
