Rang Cogans to see if they could source me a genuine Toyota part that I had trouble getting, spoke to a man on the phone in the parts department and he was absolutely brilliant, found me the part and had it ordered and ready for collection the next morning. Couldn’t recommend them enough, staff are brilliant , very friendly and will do their utmost best to help you out.

What a pleasant change to buy a car from a saleswoman! No patronising crap or unwanted endearments....yes , many of us are still getting that from Car Sales men, i was called Honey and Darling by a man i.had never met before only.last month at another dealership. By contrast Alanna at Cogans was efficient, courteous, pleasant, responded rapidly to emails etc, took time to answer my questions, took me for a 2nd test drive on the day I collected the car. I highly recommend using Cogans, who have not one but three sales women. Time for other Car dealerships to follow suit.
