Seriously impressed with the service Shauna in the transit centre provided me with on my 2024 transit custom. As a business owner minimal downtime is important and Shauna took us in asap and organised a courtesy van for us to go off with and got the van fixed same day !! Actually notified me two hours after it was dropped in that it was sorted! I’ll definitely be back here you have earned a long term customer. Thanks a million Shauna.

I was intending on buying a new car, so I headed to Bright Ford Rialto after work on Friday just before 6pm. I was met at the door by Brendan Daly, who was ever so accommodating even though Bright Ford close at 6pm! Brendan was unrushed and went through prices and extra's packages with me. We settled on a Model and price that evening as I was trading in my old car. The next Morning on a Saturday!
