Purchased a used car today for my daughter and have to say that from receptionist to salesman Gavin couldnt ask or expect better service. Even though wasn't a premium vehicle Gavin went through the whole transaction professionally and thoroughly as though it was a new car. Can't wait to pick it up after service and valet.

0/10. Worst service. I waited 3 weeks for a diagnostic test. I arranged with the service manager Senan to leave my car parked out in the morning. I rang to advise them that the car was left outside (which I have the call logs to prove), only to be told that the girl at the front desk never passed on the message and my car had been sitting there all day. And did I get an apology? No. The service manager said he's "not gonna be playin the blame game here." He then said to drop the car in again in the morning and he might be able to fit me in like he was doing me a favor no consideration to prioritise my car.

by 330pm I just took it away, but not before listening to complete lies about how their diagnostic scanners didn't work and they tried two different models. claiming that there must be a issue with my connector.
Guess what? It worked perfectly in a different garage, and that's where you should go—to a different garage, seeing that their tools don't work in Peugeot Galway.

Very poor customer service.. was highly interested in purchasing two different cars from this garage. Waited on a call back after the weekend on a trade in price for my own car. No call back so rang myself on Tuesday and was told the guy who dealt with me when I came into the dealers was busy and would call me back. Again no call back.. fair enough if they didn’t want to take the trade in but at least have the decency of notifying me!
