What a great experience dealing with Ronan, from initial contact last June about buying a 252, to finally agreeing to a deal in October for a 261. Picked the car up recently and probably the best experience with picking up a car. I was collected at the train station, ran through the necessary part of completing purchase and then onto being shown the infotainment system & some clever hacks and out the door to enjoy my new car. Firstly the car. Beyond my expectations. Great looking design both inside out out. Packed with great features and advanced driver aids. Very responsive without sacrificing the ride quality. Excellent range with rapid charging. It was a big decision to go fully electric but I think it would be a bigger and harder one to go back to diesel or petrol. The team at Cupra made it easy, Luke Carly and Stephen all played a part. The trade in value was not as I hoped but this is the same everywhere. Model Cupra Tavascan.
