What a pleasant change to buy a car from a saleswoman! No patronising crap or unwanted endearments....yes , many of us are still getting that from Car Sales men, i was called Honey and Darling by a man i.had never met before only.last month at another dealership. By contrast Alanna at Cogans was efficient, courteous, pleasant, responded rapidly to emails etc, took time to answer my questions, took me for a 2nd test drive on the day I collected the car.
