Toyota MR2 / MR-S - NCT Oct 26

Excellent example of Toyota’s mid-engined modern classic. Just passed NCT until Oct 2026. Classic insurance. Facelift model with 6 speed LSD gearbox, Hugely enjoyable and under-rated drivers car, either top down in the summer or wintertime with the hardtop. Cosmetically great both inside and out, with some very minor age related wear (e.g. interior plastic scuffs but no rips or apparent wear in seats though) Drives tightly, stops sharply and revs cleanly. No smoke or high oil consumption seen in earlier generation engines. This car has been maintained enthusiastically by current and previous owners, with a mass of service history & original manuals. Recent work as follows - Fresh tyres front and rear (6.5mm front, 5.5mm rear) Oil & filter 1000 miles ago Brake disks and pads all round Rear brake callipers New brake fluid Front and rear shocks New battery Wheel alignment Shock gaitors and bump stops Lowering springs (comfortable and big improvement on original) Rear drop links 2 x oxygen sensors New wheel nuts all round Wipers New OE MR2 floor mats Body completely solid with no corrosion issues frequently seen with these cars at this age (subframe etc) Original Toyota hard top included. Soft top in excellent condition with no rips and opens / closes without issue. Hard to find such an original and cherished example such as this. Not to be confused with pre-facelift projects more commonly seen on the market. No low ball offers, the values are only going one way.
