I did a lot of research before going ahead with radio masters, including thinking of DIY... Am so glad I hired the pros 😅 very professional and delighted with the finished result. With the call-out install option I didn't even need to drop the car in. I upgraded a 2017 toyota auris with it's 1990's style stereo unit, now it's a 9" fully wireless android auto and apple car play unit, and the reversing camera is excellent. The unit itself is a high powered android tablet with super responsiveness and plenty of apps if you wanted to use it as a standalone tablet when not in carplay mode. It's a far superior experience than my 2023 Toyota EV. A couple of bonus features I didn't expect: - auto camera mode when you shift to reverse gear - steering wheel controls all mapped perfectly, including call answer / hangup, seek next / previous and volume. - a perfect flush finish on the dash without needing any new fascia panel. - socket for a SIM card if you want your car to have WiFi. - FM radio integrates very well. Thanks a lot to Dave for organising everything and the engineer was excellent.
