From our first meeting, he was the epitome of efficiency and professionalism. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, had excellent product knowledge, and never applied any pressure. His follow-up was prompt, and he handled all my questions with patience and clarity. I also want to recognize Mikey in the Finance Department. I have been doing business many many times over the decades with Carroll and Kinsella. I have found them always to be most professional and helpful; this most recent experience with Stephen Briggs, being no exception. Throughout the whole process concerning my purchase of a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid he kept in regular contact with much friendly understanding and made the whole transaction as easy as it could be. Although the car itself is a pleasure to drive, both around town and on country runs, it takes a considerable time to understand its many features; all the more difficult for one who is not at all tech savvy!! It's a considerable pity that Toyota don't produce a manual in hard copy!

I bought my two previous cars from Stephen and so I felt very comfortable dealing with him for this car. He explained all the details about the car and helped me with the car tax and toll tag and with paying off the car loan I had for my previous car. The coffee in the showroom is very nice indeed.
