David at Service desk was excellent - attentive, factual, efficient and friendly in a very busy environment. Quick follow up with service details and the weblink to service details, incl. inspection video is a helpful feature. Valet/cleaning post-service was good, not exceptional as before....however there was a very busy service schedule. It was a good and acceptable clean given the turnaround. Front desk were friendly and calm and attentive amidst deliveries, administration, new customer drop ins and keeping the waiting area tidy.
