Toyota RAV4 2.0 D-4D LUNA 4DR *NCT 8/27*

Ok, I just rang Al hayes motors today to see if they could help me with a problem I have had for over 3 weeks with my id4 electric car. I rang every VW dealership in Dublin and then finally tried Al hayes in Galway. A lady called Leanne in less than 5 minutes sorted it all out for me.She was so friendly and courteous and patient.I was freaking out up to this point getting nowhere but only for Leanne I would have been left waiting.She is a credit to Al Hayes motors. I bought my car there 2 months ago - fantastic service from the start - they were never anyway pushy which i found in other garages - they looked after me and helped me find the perfect car. Fantastic selection to choose from and delighted with the car they helped me choose. Had a small minor issue that i had to bring the car back for and they got it sorted straight away for me. Especially want to thank Leanne - so friendly and always helpful! Thank you!

I went into see them this morning absolutely panicking because I was having problems with my car and have two very important hospital appointments this week. Despite the long waiting list they have, they fitted me in for a diagnostic anyway. I can't say enough about how lovely, kind and empathetic the staff are. I didn't even purchase my car from them but it didn't matter. They gave me tea while I waited and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend then to everyone. 5 stars is just not enough to give them. They have a customer for life. Thank you again to all the staff.
