Call service on Tuesday to see about getting brake pads replaced, Liam looked up my service history and reminded me my discs were also due for replacement soon. He got to work to get necessary parts and called me the next day as promised to arrange getting the job done (once parts were available) on Thursday. Dropped my car off on Tuesday to Liam @ 9.00 am as scheduled. Liam phoned later that day to explain that a few items to include the back wiper needed replacing & as he had the parts in stock he would replace them if I was agreeable to which I agreed & got a call later to say all done & car ready to be collected. Very happy with everything. Great service.

I was very disappointed at my experience at Michael Moores car servicing. The two stars are because for an VW services supplier they are less expensive than others, however I will not be returning and would be much happier to travel further afield for future services. When I was handed back my keyring after the service it was broken and handed back in two pieces with not a word said about it, and when I showed that my car paint was not in the same condition that I arrived with (it had been washed by Michael Moores) the salesperson tried to convince me that my car had been resprayed at some point....this is a car that I bought from a vw main dealer and have had zero issues with the paint since I bought it years ago. I would not have minded quite as much if this person had not been so horrible in their attitude to deal with.
