Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Sol

Recently I bought a 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross from Carroll and Kinsella in Blackrock and am very happy with the car and with the service I received. Stephen Briggs, Toyota Brand Manager, was very helpful as I made the decision. In the days after I collected the car, I had to phone him on two occasions when I couldn't understand why some light was alerting me. Stephen took my call both times, knew immediately what I had done to cause the two different alerts and calmly reassured me. The support was invaluable.

I have been doing business many many times over the decades with Carroll and Kinsella. I have found them always to be most professional and helpful; this most recent experience with Stephen Briggs, being no exception. Throughout the whole process concerning my purchase of a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid he kept in regular contact with much friendly understanding and made the whole transaction as easy as it could be. Although the car itself is a pleasure to drive, both around town and on country runs, it takes a considerable time to understand its many features; all the more difficult for one who is not at all tech savvy!! It's a considerable pity that Toyota don't produce a manual in hard copy!

I had a very positive experience buying my new Toyota car. Stephen was very helpful during this very exciting time for me. I bought my two previous cars from Stephen and so I felt very comfortable dealing with him for this car. He explained all the details about the car and helped me with the car tax and toll tag and with paying off the car loan I had for my previous car. The coffee in the showroom is very nice indeed. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
