Toyota RAV4 RAV4 HYBRID SOL

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my new car at Toyota Naas. Everything went exactly as agreed from start to finish, and my car was ready exactly when promised – service at the highest level all the way through. A very special thank you to Craig, Niall from the finance department, and the whole team – everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and truly helpful at every step. I truly felt like a very valued customer, who received full personal attention. Craig personally handled every part of preparing my brand new car, and gave me all the time I needed – he never rushed me at all. I switched from the older generation Toyota Aygo with a manual gearbox (the white one on the photo) to the new-generation Aygo Hybrid – partially electric, partially petrol, fully automatic. I even managed to capture both of them together with Craig in the picture! I had never driven an automatic car in my life before, so absolutely everything was completely new to me. From the very start he was so patient and welcoming, that I never felt afraid or hesitated to ask any questions at all. This was not just buying a car – it was also proper guidance and real care throughout the entire process. From my first test drive to the final handover today, he took the time to teach me, explained every icon, safety feature and setting clearly, and I learned so much along the way. There was so much new information to take in all at once. English is not my first language either, so I also had to translate everything in my mind, which meant I could not remember everything straight away. Whenever I looked at something and realised I had forgotten what it was for, or asked the same question again – he simply explained it to me once more, kindly and calmly. He answered every single question I had, no matter how many there were – I asked about almost everything in the car, and he was happy to explain it all. Thanks to his patience and care, I felt fully prepared and reassured. I was completely ready to get in and drive away on my own, safely and comfortably on Irish roads. Niall from the finance department was truly professional too. He explained all the agreements, payments and every document clearly, so I knew exactly what I was signing. He gave me all the time I needed to read everything through properly, and never rushed me at any point. What I also really appreciated was that both Craig and Niall told me I can always call or email them with any questions, and they explicitly said I am always more than welcome to drop by the dealership anytime if I need help in person. They made it clear that it was not just a one-off transaction – I was genuinely invited to stay in touch and visit even after taking delivery of my car. This kind of approach is quite rare these days, and I value it very much. Whenever I emailed either of them during the whole process, replies were always very fast – communication was outstanding. The whole team is warm, welcoming and truly cares about their customers. If I ever decide to upgrade or buy a newer model in the future, Toyota Naas will definitely be my first choice. After leaving a review i was contacted by Toyota Naas representatives. We met again and discussed about the problem, i gave my care for a test with Toyota Naas to be driven for 7 days. They said that because i already replaced all yhe fluids on the car and have the documentation as well that confirm my saying, the clutch fluid was replaced again making sure that there are no anomalies found after replacement. It was done for free as i paid beforehand in Toyota Cavan dealer. Will take the care if there are any issues still will take another video and will return the car for further investigation. Hope the issue is sorted 🙏. I bought a toyota Corolla Silver Manual from Toyota Cavan. I had a problem i could not put into Gear after a while. I called toyota abd they said the car will be brought to Toyota Naas for repairs. The driver who picked up the car to bring it on a trailer to Naas said straight away that it has a problem either with Clutch or Hidrolic pump for gear. Now i did take a video of the problem and Toyota Naas said there is no problem with the car. They made me pay extra 192 euros because it was nothing wrong with yhe car and the insurance doesn't cover any expenses in that case. So i took the car from them and i felt it straight away that the work was done and what happened there is the following. They had to repair for free but they said it is nothing wrong with the car and now it tuns smoothly without any problems so work was done on it. And they did squeeze extra 192 euros from me anyway. I am ADI instructor in all the categories you don't make a fool out of your customers i know when you can or can't put into gear. I will attach a video of the problem and the receipt as proof. That's a nice scheme you have insurance for 1 year but you willl still pay for your repairs because they like to make a fool out of you. Be careful 🧐 🙏. I did leave a 3 Star review because despite of all that the problem is sorted 👍. But this approach to make a bit extra besides insurance is degrading and unprofessional. Excellent service from start to finish. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and received a link to my vehicle health report by 10am, which was a really efficient and convenient way to see everything that had been checked. There was absolutely no pressure to buy any additional work, and everything was explained clearly. My car was serviced, washed, and ready to collect by 1pm, making the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.
