Toyota Yaris 2015

Yaris self-charging hybrid, bright red and ready for adventure. This is a great little car, and I have driven 75,000 miles around Ireland with her since I got her in 2022, with not a moment's trouble. The previous owner cared for the car well but didn't drive very much, and I think it is originally an import from the UK. She has since been serviced at least once every year, at the recommended times, except for 2024 when I was away from the country. The NCT renews every December and is up to date. She has also just had a full service in July and four brand new disc breaks (pictured). I have records of all NCTs and most services. Taxed up to the end of December 2026. The self-charging aspect is great, especially if you do a mix of long and short journeys, as it charges while braking and driving. The battery usually kicks in when speed drops below 30 km/hr, so it's nice and quiet for when you're driving around town or in traffic. If it runs low, the engine turns on to charge it up again. In terms of mileage, I tend to get about 600 km on a full tank of petrol. Selling her because I am moving to Australia and I don't want her to be sitting unused. This is a small but very comfortable car, for both long and short trips. She's easy to park and very fuel efficient and I never want to go back to manual because automatic is just so much easier. An ideal car for someone new to driving, or for anyone looking to downsize. In terms of defects, she has a little bit of damage in the boot lining where my dog chewed in protest (see pictures, she has been riding up front with me ever since). The touch screen for the media player has become a bit less sensitive but it has never been an inconvenience, as I mainly use Bluetooth. I am looking for a good owner who will look after this car as she and I have been through a lot together. The price is per an evaluation but I am open to haggling for the right buyer.
