I cant recommend them enough, I recently purchased a car from Castle Motors Swords, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish i was dealing with Mark, the transaction was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Everything was handled with ease, which made what can often be a stressful process feel simple and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was the level of communication. During the week I was waiting for the car, I was contacted every other day by Mark with updates, which I really appreciated. It kept me fully informed and reassured throughout the process. Any requests or additional things I wanted done on the car were taken care of without any issues, and I was kept up to date on all of it. What I valued most was the overall approach from the Mark and the team. There was absolutely no pressure, no forceful sales tactics, and no sense of being pushed into anything. The whole experience was relaxed, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused — no overbearing or aggressive behaviour at any stage. I’m delighted with my vehicle and very grateful for such a positive buying experience. I would highly recommend Castle Motors Swords to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional service.

I recently bought my first car from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I enquired about a test drive, Stephen was responsive, straightforward, and very helpful. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was clear. I’m really happy with my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership, especially if you get the chance to deal with Stephen.
