What a pleasant change to buy a car from a saleswoman! No patronising crap or unwanted endearments....yes , many of us are still getting that from Car Sales men, i was called Honey and Darling by a man i.had never met before only.last month at another dealership. By contrast Alanna at Cogans was efficient, courteous, pleasant, responded rapidly to emails etc, took time to answer my questions, took me for a 2nd test drive on the day I collected the car. I highly recommend using Cogans, who have not one but three sales women. Time for other Car dealerships to follow suit.

From booking the service, to collecting the car on completion, Cogans were fantastic to deal with. The text reminder, early drop-off service, and the inspection report were all part of a 5-star service. I would highly recommend Cogans!
