Toyota Yaris HYBRID LUNA 1 OWNER IRISH CAR // REAR

My daughter was looking to purchase a new car ( her first brand new vehicle) she invited me, her Dad to assist. We visited a number of car showrooms in Dublin, where our experience varied. Some salespeople were reasonably helpful, others not, while others simply wanted to make a quick sale, or didn't even bother to ring back. Much to our good fortune, we then visited Toyota Sandyford. It was a very cold day. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and asked if we would like tea or coffee to warm up. She then introduced us to David McCann, (a true gentleman). The bottom line is David could not have been more helpful, he made the experience seamless, professional and more importantly friendly. He discussed the options with my daughter on the right model car for her, and was offered a test drive, she knew immediately the car she had chosen was the right one for her. David noticed that I was driving a three, soon to be a four year old Toyota model, our chat resulted in him offering me a trade in price for a new model which I accepted. Lovely garage with a great sales team. As I entered, reception offered me tea or coffee, and informed the sales person I had talked to, that I had arrived which was great. I could see other customers being attended to and shown around with nobody waiting and looking for help. Very attentive staff and enough of them to attend to everyone. Adrian showed me around the showroom, as well as around a few cars I was interested in. He took me on a test drive after that, answered all the questions I had, was very knowledgeable and gave great advice which was very much appreciated. Thank you very much, especially to Adrian, and I hope to become a customer in the near future.
