Toyota Yaris YARIS HYBRID LUXURY MC

Bought my second car from Cogans! The first was after they gave me a courtesy car (which I then purchased) post the douglas car park fire a few years ago. The second (today) was a beautiful Rav 4 with low mileage and in mint condition. I can't praise enough the customer service I received from Jill in particular. She made the whole process so easy. Delighted with my new purchase- thanks team Cogans!

Fantastic service from Cogans. I last minute cancelled my initial service appointment and they were very understanding. I got a full video of my cars service/condition status and parts that required replacement showing me the parts that were worn. I got a lovely brand new courtesy car. The staff were great and the cost was reasonable. I cannot recommend enough.

The first time I went in, I met Grace and she was so helpful in giving me details about two car options I was confused with and made great recommendations. I was not ready to buy then, and she didn’t push for a sale, rather asked me to think about it! I came back three weeks later when I was ready, did a test drive, and she was so helpful in sharing the same details of the car again, helped me with understanding the whole process as buying a first time car could be daunting. Jill from the finance team also helped a lot in taking the time to answer my questions, help me understand the whole process, and they just made the whole experience so smooth and I felt very comfortable asking even the silly questions! Grace even kindly offered to send her a message if I feel stuck in any feature of the car after the purchase, which is rare for sales reps to do!
