He was very professional and polite, addressing all our concerns. Since there was a long waiting period to get the car, he gave us updates at every step. Brian Doolan was highly recommended from the reviews we have read prior to doing our business with the garage. He was very accommodating and patient with my queries even with just email exchanges and this was even before putting up deposit. Throughout the process of acquiring our first car, he put our concerns and our welfare his priority and we really felt well taken care of. As we have no car prior, he even went for the literal extra mile to take us couple of times to and from the train station and bus stop whenever we needed a ride.
