Beautiful VW premises in Castleisland Kerry with very bright and clean showroom, dominated by an impressive wooden staircase. Very friendly staff

Purchased a car, nothing but issues from the first day of receiving it. Battery died, poor service, engine was rattling, steering was off, was put in to be fixed 3-4 times within a few weeks, poor service, couldn’t find fault unless you told them what the fault could be and argue to have it rechecked. Seems like cars are just about fixed to get you over a 3 month warranty, knowing too well the issues will kick off after the warranty expires. Poor after sales and nothing but fob offs. Little diesel in the tank after purchasing the car. The fuel was on red light within a few miles to a garage. That was not a good start. Paint chipped off bonnet and they argued it was a powerwashed that did it. Funny thing is , it was themselves that washed the car lay after a service repair and I only noticed it then. No comeback, quick to take your money for overpriced second hand cars, not so good to repair a dodgy car.
