Volkswagen e-up! Style 32kwh 82hp 3DR Auto

I have been waiting a few months now for a call from the "VW Brand Director" Niall, for some reason the Sales team at Joe Duffy VW can't handle my query around why no VW Service History is available in spite of being told it would be included. Exceptionally poor customer service, would absolutely not recommend them in any way shape or form. Would give them zero stars if Google allowed me.

Had a nightmare dealing with this garage! Brough in the car for software update and got it damaged and staff failed to let me know about the damage, trying to hide it at all costs. First of all I had arranged a collection and they forgot to let me know that the car is not ready for collection and just casually told me that I will be informed when to come to pick up the car. After another couple of days I kept calling and asking about the car, if it's all fine as it takes way too long for a software update, I was assured that car is fine, it just takes longer than expected and they'll contact me once it's ready. After more than a week I received a call to collect the car. Upon collection they didn't tell me again that car was damaged, I just noticed something weird, that it's a thick layer of dust in the car and on the windshield, making it difficult to see through, also glass shards on the dashboard along with some black silicone pieces. After damaging the car, they replaced the windshield and didn't bother to inform me and didn't attempt to clean the car after. When confronted them, the service manager admitted that the car was damaged, but what's my problem as it's fixed! This shocked me! I enquired CCTV footage from the garage with the moment it was damaged or replaced, and I was refused, saying that car was in a blind spot. Also they refused to provide any proof of work carried out, I'm meant to trust their 'honest' word for it. And that's not finished, noticed that rear sensor has the sound disabled, contacted them to get that fixed, as it was fine prior service, and got the closest appointment - nearly two months, mentioning in the email that the car is under the warranty and I can go to any VW garage to get it fixed. Customer service is awful, Service department is even worse! I would highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs!

Nice people, but poor customer service, no brake discs or wiper blades available on day of service.. standard parts. Had to re book. Re hire car. Poor form. Had to pay heafty for the free car health check. Very disappointing Joe Duffy
