I recently bought a BMW E60 M5 with a 4.4L petrol engine producing around 660HP, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. This car is an absolute beast — the power is incredible, and the acceleration feels unreal every time I press the pedal. At the same time, it offers amazing comfort. The seats are very supportive, and the ride quality is smooth enough for daily driving, even with such high performance.

Recently bought a car from JK, with Vlad's assistance. Vlad took care of all minor requirements for the car. The delivery was smooth and the support from the garage was top notch. The car was in a great condition as advertised and the value for money was bang on. Great work by the garage and team specially Vlad.

Extremely Disappointing Experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would. On 25 July, I purchased a 2012 Hyundai i40 Estate from JK Autozone for €3,995. I was also sold a 1-year warranty by the manager, Luke, for an additional €450. Unfortunately, I hadn't even driven a couple of kilometres before I discovered several faults. After stopping at Mr Price, I realised the central locking wasn't working. I also found that the reversing camera didn't work, and despite it being a hot summer's day, the air conditioning wouldn't blow cold air. I returned the car immediately and was told the issues would be repaired. I was offered a courtesy car, but I declined because I had just bought this vehicle and expected it to be roadworthy from the moment it left the forecourt. Later that day, Luke phoned me to say that the warranty I'd paid for didn't actually cover the car because of its age. I found this unacceptable. As the manager, he should have known this before selling me the warranty. The following day, after travelling by public transport from Donnycarney to the Red Cow at my own expense, Luke told me the car would be ready by 6:00 pm. However, while I was on my way, I rang to let them know I was close and was told the air conditioning still wasn't repaired. I had travelled there for nothing. He assured me it would be fixed the following day, despite knowing I needed the car for work. The next day, Luke called to tell me the air conditioning couldn't be repaired. I even offered to have it repaired elsewhere if the dealership would cover the cost, but he refused. At that point, I lost all confidence in both the car and the dealership and requested a full refund. I also lost €73 transferring my insurance from my old car to this one and then back again because the sale had fallen through. I was told my refund would take five working days, despite paying cash for the car and by card for the warranty. Before I left, Luke offered me another Hyundai i40, this time a 2013 saloon. However, while inspecting it, I noticed two badly worn tyres, a non-working radio, and air conditioning that wasn't working either. I declined immediately. After speaking with my family, I returned and requested my refund in cash, as that was how I had paid for the car. Thankfully, I received a full refund, including the warranty. I have since purchased a 2016 Hyundai i40 with a genuine 1-year warranty for roughly the same total price, and I've had no issues whatsoever. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JK Autozone. A dealership should thoroughly inspect its vehicles before selling them. Discovering multiple faults within minutes of driving away, being sold a warranty that later turned out not to apply, making unnecessary journeys, losing money on insurance transfers, and then being offered another vehicle with obvious faults left me extremely disappointed. I also found the level of professionalism disappointing. On one occasion, Luke asked me if it was okay for him to go for a smoke while he was supposed to be dealing with my situation. I also saw him leave for cigarette breaks several times while I was waiting. While everyone is entitled to a break, I found this unprofessional given that I was waiting for updates and my issues remained unresolved. If you're considering buying a car from this dealership, inspect everything before handing over your money. Check the central locking, air conditioning, reversing camera, radio, tyres, and every other feature. My experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. Although I eventually received a full refund, I would not buy another vehicle from JK Autozone.
