Walked in and was greeted by David. He was very helpful and kind, and looked through the catalogue with me for about 20 mins until we found a car that fitted my needs. On top of that, as my old car had broken down, I was in severe need of a car, David organised my new car to be delivered to my front door at short notice. My experience at this dealership has been nothing short of traumatic. I was shouted at by an employee, told not to be argumentative, and even informed that the repairs covered under my warranty were being done as a “favor.” Instead of fixing my screen properly, a cord was left dangling through the dashboard. What should have been a simple repair turned into a year-long ordeal of back-and-forth visits and frustration. The joy of purchasing my vehicle was completely ruined. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others, because this has been nothing short of humiliating.
