Volkswagen Golf 2009

This is my sons car. He's selling it due to moving abroad. It has been in our family for the past 12 years. It passed the NCT a few weeks ago until 2/27. The car is mechanically sound and my son spent over €2000 last year on the following work... - Full service - Front coil springs - Rear coil springs - Ball joints - Rear calliper and brake pads - Front wishbones - ABS sensor - Glow plugs - New intake manifold - New clutch kit 2 years ago There are a few age related scratches but nothing major. It will need tyres soon. they passed the NCT but will need to be changed at some stage. The roof lining material inside the car is a bit grubby (see photo) could be replaced for a small expense. The glow plug light has started coming on intermittently. Our local mechanic says this is most likely because it hasn't been driven much in the past few months.
