NCT DATE 17/2/27 Just taxed for 3 months. The timing belt has been replaced as per schedule. This is the non turbo engine and is far more reliable and durable than the troublesome turbo TSI engine. PRESENT FAMILY OWNERSHIP SINCE 2013.( 4 PREVIOUS OWNERS – 3 IN CURRENT FAMILY) CAREFUL OWNER: It has always been extremely well taken care of and regularly serviced as per schedule. The car is in excellent condition throughout for the year. VW RELIABILITY / BUILD QUALITY: it has always been ultra reliable and never gave any cause for concern. A safe/solid hatchback which is remarkably stable on the motorway Extremely economical and it also makes an excellent motorway cruiser. I see no reason why the new owner shouldn’t get many years of trouble-free motoring from the car. I have no issue whatsoever if any prospective buyer wants to bring a mechanic along for approval purposes. IN SUMMARY: well-maintained Golfs in excellent condition at this price level are hard to come across. If you are on tight budget constraints and need a smart looking car to cover long distances without costing a fortune then look no further.
