I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!

Bought an ID4 in JD about 6 months ago with 2 years of warranty + smart protection - I have to say all process was smooth - I'd like to thank Gavin Kelly for the excellent service, making sure all the things we agreed upon were addressed. I would def go back there for another car when the time comes since they earned my trust.

TL;DR: The aftermarket service is just outright bad experience. The dealership is quite inapt in servicing. I honestly would have found it a bit hilarious if I wasn't paying money for the level of service provided. Brought a car to them with a broken mirror. Literally, got the car in and told them, figure what needs to be fixed. They quoted me the price and 2 weeks of lead time. 2 weeks turned into almost 4 months (they managed to paint the parts in the wrong color. How? I don't know). And then, instead of replacing two parts (right mirror top and bottom) they replaced two parts (two tops of both mirrors). Again, it's funny when you tell that as a story, but less funny when you're billed for repairs that you did not ask for and not getting repairs you asked for. They cleaned the car after servicing it. A really good wash, 10/10, would recommend. If I was in there for a wash, not getting the car fixed. UPDATE: despite the reply below and my reaching out to them over email there way no reply. To make it slightly more hilarious, they also missed the appointment they scheduled themselves in re continuing the financing of the car with them. All that combined makes me very sure they aren’t happy with me as a customer. Such is life :-)
