Could not fault anything at all with how he handled the sale and made sure I left happy and with the right car I wanted. Absolutely above-and-beyond level of service from Hazel of Frank Keane Volkswagen. I had intermittent warning lights coming up on my dash, although there wasn't actually a problem with the car. Hazel made sure I wasn't stuck without a car for the weekend and took ownership of the problem (which wasn't particularly straightforward) from start to finish. I should say I bought this car second-hand a couple of years ago from Frank Keane in Liffey Valley and other than this one issue, it's been problem free since I got it. Excellent experience, and thanks to all concerned.
