Last week I purchased a ‘new’ to me I.D3. It’s my first time in many years dealing with VW. My experience to date has been excellent with Shane who was very generous with his time and management of the transaction. He was quick to respond with any queries or concerns. He even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the passenger seat for me when I called to pick up the car. Oran was excellent also in runny me through the technologies in the car - it’s not all intuitive! So his help was gratefully appreciated too.
