John was very helpful! We went in looking for a 2nd hand id4 for my fiancé. He listened to our budget and must haves and walked us through the options we had. I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Frank Keane Volkswagen Liffey Valley and the process could not have been more straight forward. A special mention to Craig Gaffney in the office. From the minute I rang him to the moment I drove away with the car he was fantastic.
