Bought my VW at Blackwater today. I felt I got a competitive price for my trade in with Mark, in the sales room Niall was courteous, helpful, informative, gave good advice and communicated well to support the process of the sale. Shane v kindly met me in Mallow with my new car as I purchased from Galway.Can't fault these young men at Blackwater, they made my purchase v easy and were v personable. Had my car serviced recently, going fine. When paying the lady in reception said she would email me the details of the service, it's now been six weeks and I'm still waiting for it. Not great customer service by any means.
