Outstanding service from the first phone call to collecting my keys. Called all the Kia Repair Garages in Dublin only to be met with very poor customer service and very little assistance in getting a warranty issue resolved and not least of all wait times of up to two months. Last call was to Kia Wexford as they were the furthest dealer from me, within 60 seconds of the call i had a booking less than a week later, both Rita and Catriona were so helpful and pleasant to deal with and accommodated me in dropping and collecting the car outside of usual business hours, highly recommended.

We bought a brand new Kia shortage gt line in Jan, we first took a visit to Kia in October 24, where we met with Evan who from the very start was so helpful as we just weren't sure what we were looking if,and even if we were going to go brand new. Evan just made the experience of buy the Kia effortless, and had everything set up ready to go when we arrived in Jan to collect. We have just had our first service done and it was so easy to book in and it was ready within the time limit. The girl's at the service desk were a pleasure to deal with. A fantastic customer service both from the sales team and the service team. Thank you 😊.
