Because of how quickly and clearly he communicated, I was even able to confidently purchase my car from abroad before seeing it in person. After being in a company car for many years, my goal was to find something with low mileage and not too old and the Tesla was exactly what I was looking for, with the exceptionally low mileage, i feel like I've got a great deal on what is practically a new car in terms of history. When I arrived to collect the car, Hugh was extremely welcoming and took the time to guide me through the full setup, which made the whole experience seamless. The car itself was beautifully presented, valeted, and fully charged. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish. I genuinely couldn’t fault the service, it was excellent.
