We were in the market for a good quality used car and, after spending several weeks searching and visiting various dealers we came across an advertisement for a high spec 2.0L Volvo V40 that ticked all the boxes. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and their knowledge of the vehicle's specifications, engine, and performance was outstanding throughout. What really stood out was the no-pressure approach to the sale. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision, and all the paperwork and documentation were perfectly organised throughout the pocess and when I collected the car. This is a genuinely high-quality dealership that clearly takes pride in its customer service. Rian, Liam and the team are top class at what they do from start to finish and it shows. I would have no hesitation in recommending Koya Motors to friends and family who are looking for a quality used car, and I hope to do business with them again in the future.
