Volkswagen Passat 2015 se Bluemotion

I cannot say enough about how amazing Wes and Bob are. The situation with my 2001 Audi TT was weird at best, super high mileage, had to tow it to the shop after another shop in town no-quoted me. Even over the phone the guys knew almost immediately what needed to be done. I put a lot of trust in them for this job without being able to physically be there, and wow did they deliver. Amazing with constant communication. They rebuilt my shifter linkages and cut me an additional key at a super reasonable price. Not only that, they were more than accommodating when I couldn’t come pick up the car for a little longer than intended. Sorry guys!! But thanks so much again! The blue TT made it all the way home 1400+mi!!! Unrelated to them: (and then, the day it arrived home, suddenly blew out the plastic firewall heater core coolant connector on an errand to the gas station hahahaha)

MF Auto was great! Wes was friendly and honest, prices were reasonable, and they got my car in and out quickly. Loved the clear, itemized receipt. Plus, they really know Volkswagens. I’ll definitely be back!
