The car was exactly what I ordered and I had no issues. Staff were very helpful from start to finish and would definitely recommend to others and would use again. Special thanks to Marta who was extremely understanding and I was able to extend the length of my rental with no problem. She is so good at her job and it’s always a pleasure talking to her.

My car broke down in Tralee opposite your estate with my family in it. They were very flexible and helpful. After 10 minutes, I was able to continue the journey home with the rented car. Joe and Ciaran O’Connor are just top class. You need go no further to rent or buy a vehicle. I had reserved a rental for my visit home from New York in June. The day before I was due to fly out I managed to break two toes. I had to wear a boot and the insurance wouldn’t cover me. They were both so kind and understanding of my situation and with no hesitation refunded my deposit. I will be returning for another visit later on this year and I definitely will be renting if not buying a vehicle from O’Connors. They are the best of the best!
