Communication: Great updates throughout the whole process. Sourcing: Willingness to find the exact car you want and organise importation if you prefer that over what’s in the yard. Don’t be put off by them being a smaller, private operation with a select few cars on private grounds. That’s actually the advantage - you get a much more personal, all-encompassing service than the big dealers.
