The car was beautifully valeted, fully VRT’d as it had come down from the north, and they also had the NCT completed before handing it over. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with — incredibly friendly, genuine, and professional. From the test drive right through to delivering the car, he made sure everything was perfect and even offered to drop the car out to me, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also took the time to help me navigate getting insurance set up as a first-time buyer, which I really appreciated.
