Firstly I want to say how friendly and professional Susie is here in Western Motors- she is the reason I will be back. I booked my car in for service and honestly from start to finish it was the most relaxed and friendly and personal experience I have had leaving a car for service. I left my car up the night before and got chatting with Susie. She was so relaxed and friendly and only took a few minutes to finalise everything. I got a call to come back for my car the next morning, so efficient and quick, and again was dealing with Susie who had a warm welcome and again only a few minutes to finalise it all. My car was given back to me in immaculate condition, it was sparkling and it was sitting waiting for me to collect.
