Recently bought a VW at Frank Keane, staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Niall Costello who sold me and the wife a lovely car. Bought myself a new black Polo R from Lisa Reynolds in Frank Keane Liffey Valley. Lisa you are a credit to VW. Great sales person and lovely person to deal with. Kept me up to date from the time I put down deposit until car arrived in showroom. My husband bought a new ID4 a few weeks ago from Lisa also and he had the same positive experience . Bought my ID4 from John Wong(sales executive) and he gave me a good deal on my trade in, even after having a small issue with my original car four days before I was due to collect my new car.John was an excellent person to deal with. This is our second car to buy from John we can't fault him a true gentleman. Nothing was a problem for him. We will definitely be back customers for life .
