I recently brought my 2016 Golf 1.6tdi to Lahart Garage LTD. in Kilkenny for its 100,000+ Km service and timing belt replacement, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the day, and patiently answered all my questions. What's more, the offer was very good compared to other authorised dealers, which was a huge bonus. The work itself was completed well within the estimated time, and my car feels great – it's running perfectly! I especially appreciate their transparency with pricing and the fact that they didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs. To top it all off, after I dropped off my car, they even arranged transport for me into town, and the gentleman who drove me was incredibly nice and pleasant. First time at Laharts as my local VW dealer switched to Toyota (Tom Murphy). From the booking to walking out to a well washed car (with a new 12V battery), my experience was very positive. The staff were friendly and efficient, the car was ready when stated.
