Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.

Went to Al Hayes Portumna in October looking to buy a second hand car. Found one I really liked and Alan was very helpful in cutting a good deal for me. Received the car serviced and valeted, very happy with it so far.
