I recently had a great experience dealing with Ryno Jacobs at Connolly’s Letterkenny while purchasing a VW Tiguan. Being based in Dublin and dreading the 7 hour return journey to Letterkenny, however after a chat with Ryno, l was convinced to make the journey twice. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process relaxed and easy. Ruby was always quick to reply to any questions and kept communication clear throughout. Each time we spoke he was fully engaged and took the time to explain the various finance options in a straightforward way, which really helped us understand what would work best. Overall, his professionalism and helpful approach made the experience very positive. If you want a car l recommend Ryno. Also great experience dealing with Heather Shaw in Finance there as well.
