I updated my car at Laharts to a 261 model, I made the deal and traded my old car. Eddie Cross handled the transaction and took me through each element and kept me informed at each stage as it arose. Explained all I needed to know about my new car in a helpful and tactful way. My car was ready for collection immediately after the Christmas holiday. Altogether a very pleasant experience for me

Left in our car for a service today. Met Thomas in servicing and even though he was on his lunch he came out and showed me their new system for dropping in the car. Hassle free, just type in the reg and drop keys in the machine. He arranged a lift for me and told me the car would be ready at 4.30, got a call at 4.30 to say Shem (absolute gent) was on his way to pick me up, to collect our car. Car was handed back spotless after they gave it a good wash. Couldnt recommend enough.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They ensured I was not waiting long and took me through the details of repairs helping to find a suitable appointment despite a very busy schedule. Price was also OK. Easy and quick to drop and pick keys up from lock box at front desk. Thank you again.
