Jake went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that I felt confident with my choice. Shane was extremely helpful with the paperwork and made the process quick and easy. Called in randomly after failing the NCT to get something small sorted. They were great, offered to take the car there and then, got it sorted in seconds and didn’t even charge me as it was such a quick fix. Amazing customer service if I was a long standing loyal customer, but considering I was just a random person coming in off the street shows how much they are willing to do for any customer.
