I was very pleased overall with Blackwater Motors when my VW Tiguan had a DSG mechatronic unit failure when travelling from Wexford to West Cork. The problem was diagnosed within 24 hours, parts arrived in 6 days and fitted within 2 further days. The communication from the service department was excellent, and Douglas was especially very helpful . The car appears to be fine now. I would recommend VW Motors for professionalism and customer care.

I appreciate the effort that went into resolving the matter and ensuring a positive outcome, and am happy to say my faith and goodwill in Blackwater Motors and the Volkswagen brand was ultimately restored, and I’m now a happy and confident customer.
